中文摘要:

为全面理解农户绿色生产行为选择,弥补从集体维度理解其生产行为决策的不足,以社会认同理论为基础,结合中国农业绿色转型的实践场景,构建了农户绿色生产行为的社会认同分析框架。运用多案例研究方法,对农户绿色生产行为如何受到“集体因素”影响做了本土化分析。研究确定了三个影响农户绿色生产行为的社会认同变量:内群体绿色农业生产者身份认同、内群体绿色农业生产目标与规范以及绿色农业生产集体效能感。农户对内群体绿色农业生产者身份的认同度与绿色生产行为实施具有较强关联,其首要因素是以农业生产紧密联结为特征的农业生产身份中心性。内群体绿色农业生产目标的突出性以及内群体绿色农业生产规范的一致性有利于增强农户绿色生产行为,另外农户对内群体绿色生产能力的信心强弱与他们的绿色生产行为有显著的正向相关。

英文摘要:

This study aims to comprehensively understand farmers’ choices regarding green production behaviors and address the gap in comprehending their production behavior decision-making from a collective perspective.A social identity theoretical framework was constructed to analyze farmers’ green production behaviors.This framework was developed based on social identity theory and tailored to the practical context of China’s agricultural green transformation.A multi-case study approach was employed to conduct an indigenous analysis of how “collective factors” influence farmers’ green production behaviors.The study identified three social identity variables that affect farmers’ green production behaviors:ingroup identity as green agricultural producers,the prominence of ingroup green agricultural production goals and norms,and collective efficacy in green agricultural production.There exists a strong correlation between farmers’ level of identification with their ingroup identity as green agricultural producers and their adoption of green production behaviors,with the primary factor being the centrality of their agricultural production identity,which is closely tied to agricultural activities. The prominence of ingroup green agricultural production goals and the consistency of ingroup green agricultural production norms are conducive to promoting farmers’ green production behaviors.Moreover,there is a significant positive correlation between farmers’ confidence in their ingroup’s capacity for green production and their engagement in green production behaviors.
