| 婚姻是组建家庭的基础,不仅仅是私人问题、家庭问题,更是社会问题、国家问题。据课题组对山东、河南欠发达农村地区的调研,以传统种养业为主的普通农业村庄普遍存在着男青年结婚难、结婚贵问题,由此引发了一系列感情和家庭纠葛等社会问题。传统乡土文明和伦理道德滑坡,严重影响人民群众的获得感、幸福感、安全感,进而影响家庭幸福与社会和谐。从根本上破解此问题应当协调推进乡村振兴与城乡融合发展,以基层党建为引领大力发展集体经济、合作经济,推动乡村产业振兴,提升乡村公共服务与基础建设水平;大力发展农村教育文化事业,加强职业技术培训;加强正确婚恋观、家庭观、伦理观教育,重塑乡村文明;畅通劳动力国际输出渠道与市民下乡渠道,标本兼治,综合施策。 |

| Marriage is the basis for forming a family,which is not only a private issue,but also a matter of society and state.According to the research result of underdeveloped rural areas of Shandong and Henan,the young men in ordinary agricultural villages generally have difficulties in getting married,which arises a series of social problems,such as personal relationship, family dispute,traditional rural civilization and moral landslide,seriously affecting family happiness and social harmony.In the new era,efforts should be made,based on grassroots Party leading,to comprehensively advance rural revitalization and development of urban and rural integration,promote collective economy and cooperative economy,extend industrial chains,enhance the level of rural public services and infrastructure,promote rural education and culture,strengthen vocational training, carry out education on correct ethics of marriage and family,open up channels for international export of labor and for urban residents to go to the countryside,thus to address the marriage difficulties for young men in underdeveloped areas. |
