| 推进智慧农业高质量发展是中国式现代化的内在要求。当前以DeepSeek为代表的生成式人工智能正以其前沿技术推动人类社会迈向“数智时代”,而如何将DeepSeek的技术优势嵌入于农业生产实践,无疑是推进我国智慧农业高质量发展的关键。从其赋能价值而言,DeepSeek的嵌入有助于夯实粮食根基,筑牢安全防线;激发内生活力,促进乡村全面振兴;重构产业生态,推动县域经济发展壮大;创新发展范式,驱动农业现代化发展。就其赋能机理而论,DeepSeek可从四个方面赋能智慧农业高质量发展:一是通过数据算法分析助力农业决策科学化;二是利用技术赋能实现智能化转型与生产效率升级;三是通过场景深耕推动农业范式革新与供应链优化;四是依靠生态共建促进开放协同创新与产业样态重塑。从其赋能路径来看,DeepSeek赋能我国智慧农业,应聚焦技术创新,增强农业发展核心驱动力;推进数实深度融合,打造智能绿色发展模式;培育“Al+农业”人才,夯实人力资本基础;促进数据要素流通,提升智慧农业价值能效。 |

| Promoting the high-quality development of intelligent agriculture is an inherent requirement of Chinese modernization.At present,the generative artificial intelligence represented by DeepSeek is using its cutting-edge technology to promote human society towards the “digital age”,and how to embed DeepSeek’s technological advantages in agricultural production practice is undoubtedly the key to promoting the high-quality development of China’s smart agriculture.In terms of its empowering value,DeepSeek’s embedded applications help to strengthen the foundation of food to build a firm security line of defense,stimulate the internal vitality to promote the comprehensive revitalization of the countryside,reconstruct the industrial ecology to promote the growth of the county’s economy,and innovate the development paradigm to drive the development of agricultural modernization.In terms of its enabling mechanism,DeepSeek can empower the high-quality development of smart agriculture in four ways: first, through the analysis of data algorithms to help scientific agricultural decision-making; second,the use of technological empowerment to achieve intelligent transformation and productivity upgrading;third,through the scene of deep cultivation to promote the innovation of the agricultural paradigm and the optimization of the supply chain;and fourth,relying on the ecological construction of the promotion of open and collaborative innovation and reshaping of the industrial model.From the perspective of its empowerment path,DeepSeek empowering China’s smart agriculture should emphasize technological innovation to enhance the core driving force of agricultural development;promote the deep integration of digital and real,to create an intelligent and green development model;cultivate “Al+agriculture” talents,to consolidate the foundation of human capital;and promote the circulation of data elements, to enhance the value of smart agriculture and energy efficiency. |
