| 在传统农业生产模式面临资源约束、生态压力与效率瓶颈的多重挑战下,运用数字技术重构乡村发展范式成为破解农业转型困境的关键路径。以人工智能大模型DeepSeek为研究对象,系统阐释其助力数字乡村建设的理论逻辑与实践路径。理论层面,DeepSeek通过数据要素内生化与技术渗透,重构农业生产函数:在数字生产维度,突破“经验驱动”局限,实现要素效率边界扩展、产业链网络化协同与生产要素数字化重组;在数字生活维度,通过场景重构降低公共服务边际成本,破解城乡二元结构下的服务非均衡困境;在数字生态维度,以技术算法优化资源利用闭环,推动生态外部性内部化与循环经济价值实现;在数字治理维度,以数据融通消解信息孤岛,重塑治理主体协同机制与决策科学化路径。实践层面,构建“基建夯实-创新协同-治理优化-人才培育-安全护航”的系统框架,提出基建夯实数字底座、创新引领持续发展、智能治理提升服务、数字人才培养引路、数据安全筑牢屏障等实践路径,并有针对性地破解基础设施薄弱、产业转型受阻、数据壁垒明显、人才生态断层、技术合规风险等现实约束。 |

| Under the multiple challenges of resource constraints,ecological pressures,and efficiency bottlenecks faced by traditional agricultural production models,digital technology has emerged as a critical pathway to reconstruct rural development paradigms and address agricultural transformation dilemmas.This paper systematically examines the theoretical logic and practical pathways of the artificial intelligence large-scale model DeepSeek in advancing digital village construction.Theoretically,DeepSeek reconstructs agricultural production functions through the endogenization of data elements and technological penetration:In the digital production dimension,it breaks through the limitations of “experience-driven” approaches,expanding factor efficiency boundaries,enabling networked industrial chain collaboration,and achieving digital reorganization of production factors.In the digital living dimension,it reduces the marginal costs of public services through scenario reconstruction, addressing service imbalance challenges under the urban-rural dual structure. In the digital ecological dimension,it optimizes resource utilization cycles through technical algorithms,promoting the internalization of ecological externalities and realizing circular economic value.In the digital governance dimension,it resolves information silos through data integration,reshaping multi-stakeholder collaboration mechanisms and scientific decision-making pathways.Practically, the study constructs a systematic framework encompassing “infrastructure development-innovation synergy-governance optimization-talent cultivation-security safeguards”,proposing actionable pathways such as comprehensive infrastructure coverage,unified technical standards,data element circulation,and ecological collaborative innovation.It also addresses real-world constraints including weak infrastructure,industrial transformation resistance,and data barriers. |
