| “大国小农”的农业数字化转型可以被认为是从小农经验到精准数字的范式转型,厘清经验与精准之间的辩证关系,对于理解和促进数字农业发展具有重要意义。本研究基于行动者网络理论,围绕“经验”和“精准”这两个概念,从行动者、转译和网络三个维度分析农业数字化转型中“精准”的不确定性以及小农的“经验”补偿策略。研究发现,精准导向的农业数字化转型可能存在数字行动者不确定性、数字农业转译偏差以及数字农业网络非对称等不确定性问题,而具备灵活性、内生性以及平衡性特征的小农经验则有利于补偿“精准”的不确定性。通过培养具有农业经验的小农作为重要行动者、小农与数字协同转译以及协调异质性行动者目标等策略,将小农经验充分融入农业数字化转型中,克服精准数字农业的不确定性,发挥小农经验的潜在优势,避免可能存在的“数定胜人”认知,促进“大国小农”的农业可持续数字化转型。 |

| The digital transformation of agriculture of “big country and small farmers” can be regarded as a paradigm transformation from smallholder experience to precision digital,clarifying the dialectical relationship between experience and precision,is of great significance for understanding and promoting the development of digital agriculture.Based on actor-network theory,focusing on the concepts of “experience” and “precision”,this research analyzes the uncertainty of “precision” and the compensation strategy of smallholder experience in the digital transformation of agriculture from three dimensions of actor,translation and network.It is found that the precision-oriented digital transformation of agriculture may have uncertainty problems such as the uncertainty of digital actor,digital agriculture translation bias and digital agriculture network asymmetry,while smallholder experience which is characterized by flexibility,endogeneity and balance,is conducive to compensating for the uncertainty of “precision”.It is necessary to cultivate smallholders with agricultural experience as important actors,collaborate translation between smallholders and digital,and coordinate heterogeneous actors’ goals,in order to integrate smallholder experience into the digital transformation of agriculture,overcome the uncertainty of precision digital agriculture,give full play to the potential advantages of smallholder experience,and avoid the possible cognition of “digital must win farmer”,and promote the sustainable digital transformation of agriculture of “big country and small farmers”. |
