| 数字农业的可持续发展亟待突破“重技术输入、轻乡土适配”的外源式路径依赖,转向内外协同、“数实共生”的新内生式发展模式。基于行动者网络理论构建本土分析框架,对成都市大邑县数字农业建设展开案例研究,揭示了数字农业新内生式发展的动态过程与协同机制:在过程维度,核心行动者遵循“转译-网络”逻辑,识别治理、技术与社会问题,整合行政、经济与社会利益,借助政策、市场与面子动员,推动异质行动者形成稳定网络,实现数字技术对乡土社会的有效嵌入;在机制维度,内生动力(合作社、新乡贤、村民)与外源动力(政策、资本、技术)形成联合驱动,实现数字技术与乡土社会的互构共生。基于此,数字农业的新内生式发展是多方互动协同的结果,可以为数字农业扎根乡土提供借鉴。 |

| The sustainable development of digital agriculture must transition from an exogenous model-prioritizing technological inputs over local adaptation to a neo-endogenous approach emphasizing internal-external synergy and “digital-real symbiosis”.Applying Actor-Network Theory,this study constructs a localized framework and examines Dayi County’s digital agriculture development,revealing its dynamic processes and mechanisms.Processually,core actors employ “translation-network” logic to identify governance,technological,and social challenges,integrate administrative,economic and social interests,and use policy incentives,market mechanisms,and mianzi (image or honor) mobilization to stabilize heterogeneous actor networks,enabling digital technology embedding.Mechanistically,endogenous drivers (cooperatives,rural elites,villagers) and exogenous drivers (policies,capital,technologies) interact synergistically,fostering mutual construction between digital systems and rural society.This neo-endogenous model,rooted in multi-actor coordination,offers critical insights for context-sensitive digital agriculture. |
