| 新发展阶段,多维度考量乡村价值是高质量全面推进乡村振兴战略的必然选择。乡村价值主要包括乡村经济价值、生态价值、社会价值和文化价值。当前,乡村价值的实现陷入四重困境:新产业新业态培育“难”,限制乡村经济深度发展;生态涵养“乏”,破坏乡村生态建设格局;养生养老养人优势“弱”,削弱乡村社会建设优势;乡村文化建设“困”,淡化乡村文化特色。打破乡村价值的实现困境应遵循乡村产业发展规律,促进乡村经济发展;补强乡村发展生态短板,维护乡村生态平衡;改善乡村人居环境,满足乡村居民美好生活需要;通过乡村需要塑形铸魂,保护乡村优秀文化。 |

| In the new development stage, multidimensional consideration of rural value is an inevitable choice for high quality and comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization strategy.Rural value mainly includes rural economic value,ecological value,social value and cultural value.At present the realization of rural value falls into four difficulties:the “difficulty” in cultivation of new industries and new forms of business restricts the in depth development of rural economy;the “lack” of ecological conservation damages the pattern of rural ecological construction;the “weak” advantage of health preservation and elderly care weakens the advantage of rural social construction;and the “trapped” rural cultural construction weakens the characteristics of rural culture.To break the dilemma of realizing rural value,we should follow the law of rural industry development and promote rural economic development,strengthen the rural development of ecological weak spots,maintain rural ecological balance;Improve the rural living environment and meet the needs of rural residents for a better life;Protect rural excellent culture through shaping and molding soul in accordance with the needs of rural areas. |
