| 坚持农民主体地位和促进农民主体性的实现是全面推进乡村振兴战略的基本遵循,但现阶段农民主体性建设还存在着经济主体性缺失、文化主体性缺失、社会主体性缺失、环境主体性缺失和生活主体性缺失等困境。山东L村坚持党建引领,充分发挥农村基层党组织的组织动员作用,以整体规划与庭院个性化设计推进乡村产业发展,以“新时代乡村文明实践银行”推进乡风建设,以“街长制”推进人居环境整治,以“乡村夜话”推进乡村治理,以“孝善敬老饺子宴”创建乡村美好生活,有效调动了村民在乡村经济、政治、文化、社会、生态建设等方面的主动性和创造性,促进了农民主体性的实现。乡村振兴战略下,重塑农民的主体性要遵循政治逻辑,切实发挥农村基层党组织的领导核心作用和组织动员功能;遵循利益逻辑,着力提升农民群众在乡村振兴中的获得感;遵循伦理逻辑,充分发挥伦理道德在构建农民主体性中的引导功能;遵循技术逻辑,灵活运用传统和现代治理技术,为实现农民主体性提供有效支撑。 |

| Adhering to the main status of farmers and promoting the realization of farmers’ subjectivity are the basic principles of comprehensively promoting Rural Revitalization.However,at this stage,there are still some difficulties in the construction of farmers’ subjectivity,such as the lack of economic subjectivity,cultural subjectivity,social subjectivity,environmental subjectivity and living subjectivity.L village in Shandong adhered to the guidance of Party building and given full play to the organizational mobilization role of rural grassroots Party organizations,promoted rural industrial development with overall planning and personalized courtyard design,promoted rural style construction with “new era rural civilization practice bank”,promoted residential environment improvement with “street leader system”,promoted rural governance with “rural night talk”,and created a better rural life with “filial piety,kindness and respect for the elderly Dumpling Banquet”, which has effectively mobilized the initiative and creativity of villagers in rural economic,political,cultural,social and ecological construction,and has also promoted the realization of farmers’ subjectivity.Under the Strategy of Rural Revitalization,reshaping the subjectivity of farmers should follow the political logic and give full play to the leading core role and organizational mobilization function of rural grassroots Party organizations;Follow the interest logic to enhance the sense of gain of farmers in rural revitalization;Follow the ethical logic and give full play to the guiding function of ethics in the construction of farmers' subjectivity;Follow the technical logic and flexibly use traditional and modern governance technologies to provide effective support for the realization of farmers' subjectivity. |
