| 重视农村基层党的建设,发挥农村基层党组织在农村变革中的引领作用是中国革命、建设和改革取得成功的重要原因。建党百年来,农村基层党组织建设经历了壮大农村基层党的组织、提高农村基层党组织的建设质量、完善农村基层党组织的功能和提升农村基层党组织的领导能力等过程,形成了与时代发展同步、与农民群众共命运、坚持全面从严治党和一切从实际出发的宝贵经验。当前,加强农村基层党组织建设必须做到时刻坚守农村基层党组织在农村社会中的领导核心地位,始终围绕党的中心任务设定农村基层党组织建设的内容,始终保持农村基层党组织与农民群众的血肉联系,突出抓好农村基层党组织带头人队伍建设。 |

| It is an important reason for the success of Chinese revolution,construction and reform to attach importance to the construction of rural grassroots organizations of the Communist Party of China and give full play to their leading role in rural reform.In the past 100 years since the founding of the party,the construction of rural grassroots party organizations has gone through the process of strengthening rural grassroots party organizations,improving the construction quality of rural grassroots party organizations,improving the functions of rural grassroots party organizations,and enhancing the leadership ability of rural grassroots party organizations.It has formed valuable experience of keeping pace with the development of the times,sharing the destiny with the masses of farmers,adhering to comprehensive and strict party management,and proceeding from reality.At present,to strengthen the construction of rural grassroots party organizations, we must always consolidate the leading core position of grassroots party organizations in rural society,always set the content of the construction of rural grassroots party organizations around the party’s central task, always maintain the flesh and blood ties between rural grassroots party organizations and the masses of farmers,and focus on the construction of the leader team of rural grassroots party organizations. |
