| 新农村建设是按照新时代的要求,对农村经济、政治、文化和社会等方面的建设。随着农村经济的快速发展,农民的生活水平有了显著的提高,对生活环境的要求也越来越高。文化创意设计能够丰富农村文化生活、带动农村经济发展、提高农村居民的文化素养，是创新文化建设的重要途径。现阶段，新农村建设开始从要素供给向生态空间、文化传承、新消费载体转变，因此，要充分发挥文化创意设计在新农村建设中的引领作用，培育乡村文化原创力，推动乡村特色产业发展，丰富文化创意设计的多样性，打造乡村宜居风貌,以“创意农业、创意农村”全面助力新农村建设。 |

| The new rural construction is the construction of rural economy,politics,culture and society in accordance with the requirements of the new era.With the rapid development of rural economy,the living standard of farmers has been significantly improved,and the requirements for living environment are higher and higher.Cultural creative design can enrich the cultural life of rural areas,promote the development of rural economy and improve the cultural literacy of rural residents,which is an important way to innovate cultural construction.At the present stage,the new rural construction is transforming from the factor supply to ecological space,cultural heritage and new consumption carrier,therefore,it is necessary to give full play to the role of cultural creative design in the construction of new rural areas,cultivate the originality of rural culture,promote the development of rural characteristic industries,enrich the diversity of cultural and creative design,create a livable rural style,and comprehensively facilitate the new rural construction with “creative agriculture and creative countryside”. |
