| 对中小种业企业进行孵化，可以帮助其渡过最为艰难和关键的成长前期。采取模糊层次分析法，对影响中小种业成长的孵化因素研究后发现：对整个中小种业企业来说，帮助企业拥有自己的品种、品牌和销售渠道最为重要；对科研型中小种业企业应将提供低租金办公场所及融资等服务作为重点；对生产加工型中小种业企业应将帮助其拥有自己的品种品牌和建设长期合作的销售网点作为重点；对营销推广型中小种业企业应将帮助其销售具有品牌效应的种子、拥有自己的制种基地以确保种子质量作为重点。 |

| Incubating small and medium-sized seed enterprises can help them survive in early growth phases of the most difficult and critical. The paper adopts fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to study the incubation factors that affect the growth of small and medium-sized seed industry and finds that: For small and medium-sized seed enterprises, to help enterprises have their own varieties, brands and sales channels are the most important. For the scientific research type in small and medium-sized seed enterprises, they should focus on providing low rent office space and financing service; For the production and processing type in small and medium-sized seed enterprises, it should focus on helping them to own their own variety brands and build long-term cooperative sales outlets; For the marketing type in small and medium-sized seed enterprises, the key point is selling their seeds with brand effects and having their own seed production bases to ensure the seed quality. |
