| 中国农村40年的反贫困历程形成了具有中国特色的社会主义反贫困道路。明确的反贫困路线、坚实的物质和政治保障、多维的扶贫开发项目和循序渐渐的反贫困策略是中国反贫困取得成功的关键，也是以精准扶贫策略为代表的中国农村反贫困政策体系科学性的重要体现。从世界反贫困的动态性和精准扶贫策略的科学性角度看，精准扶贫策略未来具有长期性，无论是中国农村反贫困成果的巩固，还是中国城市贫困问题的治理，或者世界其他国家反贫困路径的选择，都需要借鉴精准扶贫策略。以精准扶贫策略为代表的中国农村反贫困政策体系，是这个伟大时代顺应历史潮流的人权改进政策，其具有历史必然性和未来长期性，不仅适用于中国，也适应于其他所有发展中国家。 |

| A socialist anti-poverty road with Chinese characteristics has been formed after 40 years of anti-poverty process in rural China. Clear anti-poverty line, solid material, political support, multi-dimensional poverty alleviation and development projects and a progressive strategy to combat poverty are the keys to China’s success in combating poverty. It is also an important embodiment of the scientific nature of the anti-poverty policy system in rural China represented by precise poverty alleviation strategies. From the scientific point of view of the dynamic nature of the world's anti-poverty strategy and the scientific nature of the targeted poverty reduction strategy, it is a long-term strategy in the future, whether it is the consolidation of China's anti-poverty achievements in rural areas, the management of urban poverty in China, or the choice of anti-poverty routes in other countries. All needs to learn from accurate poverty reduction strategies. The system of anti-poverty policies in rural China, represented by precise poverty alleviation strategies, is a human rights improvement policy that conforms to the historical trend in this great era. It has historical inevitability and long-term future. It applies not only to China but also to all other developing countries. |
