| 基于实证研究文献，本文分析了影响产业结构优化的各种变量；然后，利用新疆1990--2008年的统计数据，运用协整技术对FDI与新疆产业结构之间的关系进行了检验。实证分析结果显示，外商直接投资对新疆产业结构升级具有显著正向促进作用；合资企业、合作企业、三资企业和进出口贸易等因素也对新疆产业结构升级有着正向的关系。因此，在以后的招商引资工作中，要充分发挥各类外资企业对产业结构的优化功能。 |

| Based on empirical studies, this article analyses all kinds of variables which influence optimization of industrial structure, and then it uses data during the period of 1990~2008 in Xinjiang to detect the relationship between FDI and the industrial structure with the technology of co-integration. As a result, foreign direct investment has a dramatical promotion on the industrial structure upgrading in Xingjiang, foreign-funded enterprises, joint ventures, cooperative enterprises and import and export trade factors are all helping the industrial structure upgrading. Therefore, to attract investment in the future, full play should be given to all kinds of foreign-invested enterprises in optimizing the industrial structure. |
