| 如何推动农村工业化发展，已经成为目前“三农”问题所要解决的一项重大课题。现阶段我国农村工业化发展中存在的突出问题是实行粗放式经营，环境污染问题越来越严重，农村工业企业的技术和产品创新不足，经营机制不完善，适应农村工业化发展的投融资机制还没有建立和完善起来。农村工业化发展的关键是要走可持续发展之路。为此，必须加农村工业化发展的体制创新和结构调整力度，尽快建立适应农村工业化发展的投融资体制，加快现有农村工业企业的物质技术更新改造步伐，充分发挥科技进步在推动农村工业化发展中的作用。 |

| How to promote sustainable development of rural industrialization has become a great question for discussion. At present, there are a lot of problems in the sustainable development of rural industrialization including practicing extensive management, increasing environmental pollution, deficiency of technique and manufacture innovation, faultiness of management mechanism, and deficiency of investment and financing mechanism, and so on. The key of rural industrialization is to make the way of sustainable development. Hence, it is necessary to take measures to solve these problems. |
